Michelle Lisa is experienced in the fields of intellectual property licensing and litigation, particularly patents.  Ms. Lisa has played an integral role in complex licensing programs, which has provided her with valuable experience in identifying potential infringers, performing infringement analysis, negotiating license agreements, and interfacing with licensees to ensure that our clients’ contractual rights are adequately enforced and protected.
